As soon as your payment goes through, you’ll get an email with your download link. If it’s not in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder before you panic - it happens.

Depending on the digital item you are purchasing, most products come as PDFs that can be edited in GoodNotes, Notability, Penly, or your preferred note-taking apps, as well as in Canva. Each product page clearly lists what is included before you make a purchase.

Depends on the digital item you'll be purchasing. Planners and journals work great in apps like GoodNotes or Notion. Product descriptions will tell you what’s compatible, so there’s no guessing.

Most items are designed to look good either way. Printed or fully digital. If a product is digital-only, that’s flagged clearly in the product descriptions.

Since these are downloadable digital products, refunds are not available. If you encounter any issues downloading your files, opening a ZIP folder, or importing your stickers, please get in touch! You can email me by completing the contact form.
