Over the weekend I cut, marked, sewed, and trimmed 96 Flying Geese blocks for a new pattern sample.
That's a lot of geese! That must be a gaggle or two, don'tcha think?
I'm surprised I didn't dream about them.
The fabric I'm using is Northcott's Allure, which is in stores now. It's the fabric featured in Lanterns (available as a download or pattern paper).
It's too early to show the whole quilt yet, but here are my Flying Geese and trimmings.
Today I'm in the process of sewing all those geese together with all their other parts,
