You can just call me Dr. Ro. I wear many hats – I’m a New York State licensed psychologist, a published author, and a dedicated college professor. My journey began in the halls of schools, where for over a decade, I honed my skills as a school psychologist, deeply committed to the growth of teens and young adults. Supervising graduate interns was more than a role—it was an opportunity to guide the next generation of psychologists, especially through the winding road of dissertation writing.

For many of us, myself included, writing a dissertation was a pioneering journey as the first in our families to do so. 'The First'—it's a badge of honor, yet it comes without a roadmap, often prolonging the journey with trial and error.
