• If you wish to commission someone for a model edit, you MUST purchase the model for both you and the commissioner

• Heavy Edits are prohibited.

you may not alter my models head, body sculpt, or hair, but you may give them new clothing and textures as long as the model is still recognizable

• You may not upload your edit to someone else's account, or share the edited package with them

• you may not remove ANY assets/textures, or copy material settings

• modified versions of the avatar cannot be redistributed or resold

• avatars are for Personal use only to the person who bought the model, and for one account only, if you want it on an alt, please purchase again.

• Do not share packages, or make my models public and or cloneable under any circumstance

• You must input your correct information in the vrchat and discord username sections. If you do not, your right and license to this product will be revoked, but if you make a mistake please create a ticket in my server

• I am not responsible for any issues caused by vrchat or sdk updates

• you are NOT allowed to run any photos or videos of my models through ai whatsoever!

• Due to the nature of digital products, you may not be refunded if you purchase the wrong model, or make a mistake while gifting to another person

• If you break tos, you are liable to have your license and access to all current and future models revoked, if this happens and you feel it is a mistake, please make a ticket in the discord server linked at the top

• You are welcome to use your purchased avatar for your own personal content creation. This includes streaming, videos, photography, social media posts, VTubing, VRChat content, and other similar forms of creative content.

• you may commission artwork, photography, animations, or other creative work featuring your avatar. Any outside creator you work with must still follow their own Terms of Service.

• Your content may be shared publicly across social media, streaming platforms, and other websites. You are responsible for making sure that any additional assets, music, artwork, or third-party content used alongside your avatar are properly licensed.

• you must ALWAYS credit me in some way if used videos/streams, and must credit when asked for photos/gifs!
