If something's broken, we fix it — always. If your file won't open, a formula doesn't work, or anything arrives damaged, message us and we'll repair or replace it, usually within 1 business day. There's no time limit on this: a defective product gets fixed or refunded, whenever you find it.

14-day refund, no hard questions. If the planner isn't the right fit for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. We may ask what didn't work — that helps us improve — but your refund doesn't depend on the answer.

Accidental duplicate purchase? We refund the duplicate immediately, any time.

How to request it: reply to your order (Etsy Messages) or email hello@plannful.com from Payhip, with your order number. We process refunds within 2 business days; your bank or platform may take a few days more to show it. Refunds are issued through the platform you bought on. Once refunded, the license to use the files ends.

Since this is an instant digital download, there's nothing to ship back — the platform's "returns not accepted" setting refers to physical returns only. This policy is what actually applies.
