I started this blog out of a desire to live healthy, in a simple and natural way. It all started with my obsession (a good one 😄) for plants and their amazing way of supporting health.

I'm 35 years old and I can confidently say that I prefer herbs to pills. I haven't had a cold in over 5 years, and the few times I've felt a slight irritation in my throat, I've immediately taken action with natural remedies — and I've gotten rid of it quickly, without medication.
