디지털 상품 환불 안내

이 상점의 상품은 모두 내려받는 디지털 파일(PDF·Excel·ZIP·PNG)입니다. 구매 전에 상품 페이지의 이미지, 구성, 쪽수, 파일 형식, 이용 범위를 꼭 확인해 주세요.

이런 경우에는 환불해 드립니다

1. 아직 파일을 내려받지 않았다면, 구매 후 7일 안에 알려 주세요.

2. 파일이 열리지 않거나 손상된 경우: 고친 파일로 바꿔 드립니다. 바꿔 드릴 수 없으면 환불해 드립니다.

3. 상품이 상품 페이지 설명과 다른 경우: 다운로드 여부와 관계없이 파일을 받은 날부터 3개월 안, 다른 점을 아신 날부터 30일 안에 알려 주세요.

4. 같은 상품이 중복 결제된 경우: 두 영수증을 보내 주시면 중복된 결제를 환불해 드립니다.

요청 방법

- 상점 Contact 페이지나 영수증 이메일 하단의 판매자 이메일로 주문 이메일 주소, 상품명, 문제 내용(가능하면 화면 캡처)을 보내 주세요.

- 영업일 기준 3일 안에 답변드리고, 환불이 정해지면 3영업일 안에 처리합니다.

- 환불은 결제하신 수단(PayPal 또는 카드)으로 돌아갑니다. 환불은 판매자인 플로머스(PLoMUS)가 처리합니다.

무료 상품은 결제 금액이 없어 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 무료 파일에 문제가 있으면 위와 같이 바꿔 드립니다.

Refunds for digital products

Everything in this store is a downloadable digital file (PDF, Excel, ZIP or PNG). Before buying, please check the images, contents, page count, file format and license on the product page.

We will refund you when:

1. You haven't downloaded the files yet: tell us within 7 days of purchase.

2. A file won't open or is damaged: we'll send you a corrected file, or refund you if we can't.

3. The product differs from its description: contact us within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of noticing, whether or not you've downloaded it.

4. You were charged twice for the same product: send us both receipts and we'll refund the duplicate payment.

How to ask

- Use the store's Contact page or the seller email at the bottom of your receipt. Include your order email, the product name and what went wrong (a screenshot helps).

- We reply within 3 business days, and process an approved refund within 3 business days.

- Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal or card). Refunds are handled by the seller, PLoMUS.

Free products have no payment to refund. If a free file has a problem, we'll replace it as above.

If you live in the EU or elsewhere outside Korea, we respect the right of withdrawal your local consumer law guarantees, to the extent that law applies.
