By purchasing any digital assets ("Products") , you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Goods Delivery

All products are digital files. No physical items will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the download link.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the technical knowledge to import these files into Roblox Studio.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

By purchasing an asset, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset under the following conditions:

Personal & Commercial Use: You may use the asset in your own Roblox games, even if those games are monetized.

Modification: You are permitted to edit, recolor, or modify the asset to fit your project’s needs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

If a file is corrupted or technical issues arise, please contact polyforgerbx@gmail.com for a replacement file.

4. Intellectual Property

retains the original copyright of the 3D models and map designs.

Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

5. Account Safety & Verification

We reserve the right to blacklist users found to be "leaking" or redistributing assets from our store.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your purchase links.

6. Limitation of Liability

 is not responsible for any account bans or moderation actions taken by Roblox Corporation against your account or game for any reason.

We do not guarantee that assets will remain compatible with future Roblox engine updates indefinitely.
