My career has spanned government, utilities, defence and consulting, working across business analysis and design, transformation, process improvement, governance, risk and compliance.

I'm particularly interested in the point where complex organisational problems need to become practical, sustainable change.

Alongside delivery and leadership roles, I've built and uplifted BA capability, developed fit-for-purpose frameworks and tools, led multidisciplinary teams and mentored practitioners.
