I’ve spent over 25 years helping experts turn their ideas and intellectual property into valuable assets. My background spans digital marketing, consulting, and publishing, including founding and exiting a specialist non-fiction publishing company that produced over 80 business books. I’ve worked with senior leaders and consultants across global organisations and independently, supporting them to write, publish, and use books and other assets to build authority, attract clients, and grow sustainable practices.


Today, through my consultancy and publishing work, I help consultants, coaches, and thought leaders get their best ideas out of their heads and turned into assets—books, frameworks, and content—that create visibility, influence, and long-term value beyond selling time. My focus is practical, fair, and impact-driven: helping smart people make the most of their ideas and talent.
