Hi, I’m Dana!

I’m personal trainer, yoga teacher, and lifelong wellness enthusiast here to help you build strength, find balance, and feel your best, both inside and out.



Growing up, I was always an athlete. Movement came naturally, and I thrived on the energy of sports and staying active. But after high school, life shifted. Like so many people, I fell into a sedentary lifestyle for a few years and struggled with feeling disconnected from my body and health.


In my early 20s, I decided to rewrite my story. I dove back into fitness, embraced holistic health, and started rebuilding my body and mindset from the ground up. That decision changed everything. Now, at 36, I feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered than ever, and I want the same for you.


Through my coaching services and digital products, I combine strength training, yoga, and practical wellness tools to support women in creating sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
