About Me
Hi, I’m Maria — and I’m so glad you found your way here.
My path into wellbeing began through movement. As a former Rhythmic Gymnastics National Champion, I represented Cyprus internationally from a young age, developing an early understanding of the body — how it performs under pressure, how it adapts, and how deeply connected physical and emotional wellbeing truly are. That experience led me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration. Over the years, I continued my studies through Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic practices, and Nervous system regulation, training with teachers from around the world, including in India where I received one of my yoga certifications in an ashram.
For more than twenty-one years, I have taught both in studios and online, guiding people of all backgrounds — from athletes to complete beginners — toward greater balance, resilience, and connection within themselves.
Over time, my work evolved beyond movement alone. What I saw again and again was that people were not only seeking exercise or flexibility. They were seeking relief from overwhelm, reconnection with their bodies, emotional grounding, and practices that could genuinely support them through the demands of modern life.
Today, my work brings together movement, breath, nervous system support, and embodied wellbeing in a practical and grounded way.
Everything I create here is shaped by my own daily practice and over two decades of teaching and lived experience. I hope these practices support you in feeling more grounded, calm, and connected — both within yourself and in your everyday life.
