What you're buying

Pre-Explained is a digital download: instruction files, reference files, worked examples and a setup guide that you load into your own ChatGPT or Claude account. You need your own account with one of those apps. We don't provide the AI service, and we aren't responsible for changes the app makers make.

License

One purchase covers one person. You may use the kit in your own real estate business and edit the files for your own use. Please don't resell, share or post the files. A team or brokerage that wants copies for several agents should email us.

Not advice

Pre-Explained is an educational tool. It isn't legal, tax, financial or lending advice, and it isn't a compliance review. The tools never quote rates or payments. Those come from a lender. Read everything the AI writes before you send or publish it. You're responsible for what you send, and your broker and lender have the final say.

Corrections

If we find a mistake in the kit, we'll fix it and post the corrected files. Your original download link gets you the update. If you agreed to receive email updates at checkout, we'll also let you know.

Refunds

Because the kit is a digital download you keep as soon as you buy it, sales are final. But if something doesn't work as described, email support@preexplained.com within 30 days and we'll fix it, help you get it running, or refund you.

Limit of liability

The kit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the kit is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a lost deal or commission.

Privacy

We get your name, email and order details from the store so we can deliver the kit and handle support. We don't see anything you type into ChatGPT or Claude.
