Every order is handcrafted by me, in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of my products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

If something’s not right

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. I’ll do my best to make it right with a replacement.

☀️ Summer shipping reminder

Some products may soften or melt in transit due to the heat. This doesn’t affect their quality — just place the item in the fridge to firm it back up before use.

📦 Lost or stolen packages

Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. I’m not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please double-check your address before checking out. If there’s an issue, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
