Hi there, I am Michelle, a Fertility Researcher, Creative, Maker and most importantly, a mom of one son. Shortly after my son Malik was born, my marriage unraveled and for a while there, so did I, until I made a life decision to recharge, rebuild, and reinvent for myself and my young son.

That season of rebuilding is where Prepared to Conceive was born. Along the way, I discovered how much I enjoyed researching, creating, and making things with my hands and my mind — and how much of what I'd learned about fertility, the body, and preparation could genuinely help other women walking a similar road.

I wrote it all down in Against All Odds — the true story of how I conceived Malik naturally and gave birth at 42, after two miscarriages, with no IVF. And everything else you'll find in my shop grew out of that same season — built with care, and built to be used by you.
