We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground and come with a tracking number. All online orders are shipped via UPS ground. We do not offer any other shipping services. Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered. We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of purchase, and orders may be shipped without prior notice if substitutions or adjustments are necessary.

Please allow for a maximum delivery time of 7–14 business days within the United States and 7–16 business days for International orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the distance to the delivery destination. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on shipping conditions and carrier schedules.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees. Depending on your country’s regulations, these charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that UPS Tracking indicates your order has been marked delivered, but not received?

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

In the event that your order has been returned to our address, What should I do?

If your order is returned to our address by UPS for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping your order. For further assistance, please contact email us pressuredrivenapparel@gmail.com.

We have a no Return Policy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and processed.

Damages and issues

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for damaged or defective items. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange if your item arrives damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Please include photos of the damaged apparel when submitting your email so we can better assess and assist with your request. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at pressuredrivenapparel@gmail.com with details of the damage item. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Once received and inspected, a replacement item will be issued within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location.

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only provided for damaged or defective items. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
