Payments and Cancellation Policies

48-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Prestige Concierge and Consulting


At Prestige Concierge and Consulting, we value your time and aim to provide exceptional

service. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, we have implemented the

following cancellation, rescheduling, and payment policy:

1. Cancellation Policy for Refunds:

- If a client needs to cancel an appointment, they must notify us at least 48 hours in

advance.

- Cancellations made with 48 hours' notice will receive a refund of all payments, except

for the $500 deposit.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of

the $500 deposit, but any additional payments may be refunded.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

- Patients who need to reschedule their appointment may do so, provided they give at

least 48 hours' notice.

- A $200 rescheduling fee will be applied for any rescheduled appointment, regardless

of the reason for rescheduling.

- If rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the original appointment, the $200

rescheduling fee will be applied, and the $500 deposit will remain non-refundable.

3. Payment Terms:

- All payments are due two weeks prior to the scheduled appointment date.

Patients who schedule an appointment less than two weeks before their appointment

date must pay the full payment of the invoice at the time of booking.


4. No-Show Policy:

- Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit the

$500 deposit.

- A full service fee will apply for no-shows, and the client may be required to pay in

advance for future appointments.


5. Refunds:

- Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable except as noted above.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation,

rescheduling, and payment policy. These guidelines help us provide a high level of

service to all of our clients.
