No Chargeback & Non-Refundable Services Agreement
At Prestige Concierge & Post-Op Care, our services are carefully planned, staffed, and reserved exclusively for each client. To maintain the highest level of care and operational integrity, all payments made for services are final, non-refundable, and non-disputable once booked and/or rendered.
By proceeding with services, clients acknowledge and agree that all payments—including deposits and full balances—are final. This policy applies to all recovery and concierge services, including but not limited to:
• 24-hour nursing and recovery care
• Transportation (airport transfers, surgery drop-off and pick-up, post-op appointments)
• Meal preparation, snacks, and hydration
• Medication reminders and hygiene assistance
• Emotional and physical recovery support
• Recovery supplies, room and board, and massage services (when applicable)
Clients agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with any payment provider, including but not limited to Cash App, Zelle, Afterpay, CareCredit, credit card companies, or banking institutions.
Any attempt to dispute or reverse payment after services have begun will be considered a breach of agreement and may be treated as fraudulent activity. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full original balance, any chargeback or processing fees, legal expenses, collection costs, and associated damages. Prestige Concierge & Post-Op Care reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal means and, if necessary, report unresolved balances to credit bureaus.
By continuing, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full before booking services.
