FAQs
-
Our website gets restocked on Thursdays at 20:00, but stock only lasts depending on demand!
We recommend setting a reminder to be on the page on the restock day, at the restock time. This will increase your chances of grabbing your favourite flavours.
-
All items are freshly baked after you order on Thursday, and are dispatched within 4 days (the following Monday).
-
Items have a recommended 7 day shelf life (if you can hold off that long...)
They can also be frozen!
-
As our products are edible and cannot be resold once they’ve been dispatched, we cannot accept refunds.
We also do not offer refunds for delayed shipping or delivery. If an item gets lost, or the courier states ‘delivered’ but you have not received your parcel, we will raise a claim with Royal Mail.
If the claim isn’t accepted, we won’t be held responsible for the lost, damaged or undelivered item. If the claim is successful, we will offer another box of baked goods from the current restock that week only, for the same value of your previous order.
-
Our items are not suitable for vegans.
-
Our items are not suitable for those with allergies, as we use ingredients such as milk, eggs and other dairy based products. There may also be wheat, soya and other allergens present, as well as a risk of cross contamination. We do not recommend any of our products to those with allergies.
-
You will receive an email from us communicating that your items have been dispatched - always check your junk if this is not in your inbox!
If this is still not visible, you may have entered the incorrect email address. If the money has left your bank account, we have received your order. As a last resort, you can confirm this with us via Instagram DM.
