Each product includes a US Letter PDF and an A4 PDF. Choose the version that matches the paper in your printer. Print at actual size / 100%, single sided. A print shop can also print the PDF for your personal use.

WILL ANYTHING BE MAILED TO ME?

No. These are digital PDF downloads only. No physical item is shipped.

CAN I EDIT THE PDF OR TYPE INTO IT?

These are write-in worksheets for printing and filling in by hand. They are not interactive forms or editable templates.

CAN I PRINT A PAGE MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes, for your own personal and household use. Do not share, redistribute or resell the digital files or printed copies. Keep sheets containing personal details in a private place.
