Dr. Andrea Kellman is a Doctor of Education, a 30 year veteran public school teacher, and an AI consultant whose work sits at the intersection of educational equity, human potential, and emerging technology. She earned her doctorate at 50+ years old, proof that it is never too late to build something extraordinary.

As a Black mother who has personally navigated both the public and private school systems for her own children, Dr. Kellman writes from lived experience as much as professional expertise.

She created the Champagne Education Framework after three decades of watching what truly separates children who thrive from children left behind by the system, and it had very little to do with the building they walked into each morning.

She wrote this book because she was the parent who needed it, and it didn't exist. Now it does.
