MINTNERVE Terms, Privacy & Support

Updated 1 November 2026

MINTNERVE is operated by Anshuman Sharma. For support, billing, privacy or security requests, email supportchilliai@gmail.com. These policies describe the current public MINTNERVE workspace sold through Payhip and Gumroad. Existing contractual and statutory rights are preserved.

Service terms

MINTNERVE provides an online business workspace for customers, enquiries, jobs, tasks, calendar review, line-item quotes and invoice documents, recorded payments, expenses, recurring work and reports. Business records brings existing customer/supplier contacts, task priorities, income/expenses, balance-only invoices, file references and training into the main app. Original fields and amounts are preserved; balance records remain separate from quote-based invoice and job totals. File references are not stored attachments. Review business details, GST settings and documents before sharing. Customer decisions, payments and expenses are recorded manually. Automated document delivery, a customer acceptance portal, AI assistance and shared-team permissions are not included. MINTNERVE is not accounting, payroll or tax-lodgement software.

Use information you are entitled to process, keep your sign-in details secure and review the accuracy of your records. Do not store passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in workspace records. Access across devices requires the same account and an internet connection. No sales, profit, uninterrupted availability or fixed recovery-time result is promised.

Prices and subscriptions

New Payhip customers pay USD $24.55 initially ($19 setup plus $5.55 for the first month), then USD $5.55 monthly until cancelled. New Gumroad customers need the USD $9 one-time setup and USD $5.55 monthly membership: USD $14.55 initially across the two items, then USD $5.55 monthly. Applicable taxes and the payable total appear at checkout. Currency conversion or payment-provider fees may apply. Choose one provider route. Existing members retain their original subscription and agreed price; do not buy another setup or membership for the same workspace. Contact support before reactivating an existing account.

Cancellation and account closure

Manage Payhip membership renewals from the customer account linked in your receipt: Settings, then Subscriptions. Gumroad customers should use the membership-management link in their receipt or Gumroad Library. Contact support if you cannot locate the correct subscription. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

Export your workspace records before cancelling. Payhip removes access to its membership content immediately when cancellation is processed. Gumroad membership access follows the effective date and status confirmed by Gumroad; do not assume identical timing across providers. Workspace access and export requests can be reviewed through support. Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and requesting workspace closure are separate actions. A closure request does not itself cancel billing or instantly erase records.

Refunds and consumer rights

Your non-excludable rights, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees, are preserved. If the service fails an applicable guarantee, we will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, cancellation, refund or compensation. Setup charges have the same statutory protections. Change-of-mind requests are considered individually; no fixed deadline removes statutory rights. For duplicate or incorrect charges, send the receipt reference to support, never card details. Approved refunds use the original payment provider where possible. A refund does not automatically cancel future renewals.

Privacy

We process account identifiers and email addresses, business profile and workspace records you enter, purchase/subscription references and statuses, support correspondence and technical/security information needed to operate, protect and support the service. You must have authority to enter other people's contact information. Adding a contact is not consent for us to market to that person. Payment credentials belong in the provider's checkout, not the workspace.

The public workspace uses Supabase for account authentication and cloud records and Cloudflare for hosting and encrypted offsite copies. The Supabase project is configured in Sydney. Payhip, Gumroad and their payment providers process checkout and membership data. Email delivery and support use their relevant email providers, including configured Resend authentication email and Gmail support. These providers may process information internationally. Exclusive Australian data residency is not promised. Their own privacy notices also apply to their services.

Contact support to request access, correction, closure or deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint. We use proportionate identity checks and explain any information retained for billing, tax, security, dispute or legal obligations. Do not email passwords or unnecessary identity documents. If a complaint remains unresolved, external avenues, including the OAIC where applicable, remain available. Storefront providers may use their own cookies and analytics; see their privacy notices for those services.

Retention, export and recovery

Workspace records are retained while needed to supply the service, subject to valid closure requests and applicable obligations. Closure/deletion requests are reviewed manually; no automatic deletion deadline or guaranteed archival period is currently offered. Any existing specific contractual commitment is preserved. Backups may contain earlier records and require separate recovery/deletion handling. Encrypted application snapshots and private offsite copies are operated, but no guaranteed recovery time, complete hosted restoration or Auth/Storage recovery guarantee is included. Download independent JSON copies regularly and store them securely. The rich workspace export and Business records export cover their respective record sets; export both if you use both. Cancelling a subscription is not a backup or deletion request.

Support and policy changes

Email support is asynchronous and prioritised by severity. No staffed 24/7 service, guaranteed response time or uptime SLA is included. For billing issues include a receipt reference; for a security concern mark the subject "Security" and describe the issue without exposing secrets. We will identify any required follow-up or escalation. Changes to these notices do not retrospectively remove existing contractual or statutory rights. Material changes affecting an existing customer's paid service will be communicated before they take effect, subject to applicable law.
