Hi, I’m Karen!

After leaving my job of 14 years, I found myself continuing to use the skills I had developed with Excel and Google Sheets to create practical tools that make everyday life a little easier.

I enjoy creating everything from simple spreadsheets to customized tools designed to help with budgeting, event planning, financial tracking, and staying organized. Over the years, I’ve also served on PTO boards and parent advisory committees for my kids’ sports, where I’ve relied heavily on spreadsheets to keep events organized, track expenses, manage budgets, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

I started calling these spreadsheets Playbooks because that’s exactly what they are to me—they give you a plan, keep everything in one place, and help you stay on track from start to finish.

Whether you’re managing a family budget, planning a school event, running a PTO, or keeping track of the finances for an organization, my goal is to create tools that are practical, easy to use, and actually helpful in real life.

I believe organization doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, all you need is the right playbook.
