1. How long will it take to receive my product?
If you purchased a digital product, you will immediately be taken to a page where you can download your file. A receipt with the download link will also be sent to your email.
2. Will I receive a receipt?
Yes! After your purchase, you’ll receive an email receipt with a download link for your product. This email also includes an option to generate an invoice if needed. Be sure to save this for your records.
3. I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder in case the email went there. If you still don’t see it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly during checkout.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely through PayPal and Stripe.
5. Are your products refundable?
No, all sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once files have been accessed. For more information, please review our Refund Policy.
6. What should I do if I experience an issue with my purchase?

7. Are your sound kits royalty-free?
Loops: Loops are not royalty-free and must be cleared if used in commercial releases. Please contact us for clearance details.
Other Products (e.g., Drum Kits, Presets, One-Shots, Phrases, etc.): These items are royalty-free for use in your music productions, including commercial releases.
