All loops and midis are not royalty free and a percentage split is required to be given in the event of a placement or any other inquiry. The presets, sounds, drums, etc. are all royalty free unless said otherwise in the "Terms & Agreements" when downloading your product

When are downloading your product there will be a "Terms & Agreements" doc that contains information on the rights and percentages you are required to give and/or if the product is completely royalty free.
