I've spent more than twenty years in hospitality: steam, invoices, schedules, and guests. I owned and cooked for my own catering company and bakery in St. Louis, planning events for up to 300 guests. Since then I've run a boutique inn and managed daily operations for a team of more than a hundred people.

I know what it's like when the food is good, the people are working hard, and the money still doesn't add up at the end of the month. That's why I started Profit Rescue.

The Profit Rescue Workbook is the tool I wish I'd had: a simple spreadsheet where you type in last month and it tells you, in plain words, what was really left, where a little money may be slipping away, and three good places to start. No jargon, no spreadsheet class, no lecture. Just a clear, kind look at your numbers.
