2. Purchases & Payment

• By purchasing a product, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Prices are listed in [Currency] and may be subject to taxes where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery (For Print Books)

• Print books are fulfilled via IngramSpark and shipped to customers directly.
• Shipping times vary based on location and IngramSpark’s fulfillment schedule.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by IngramSpark, shipping carriers, or customs processing.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Digital Products (eBooks): Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
• Print Books: Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective copies. If you receive a defective book, contact us at Prompt & Play Publishing Twitter: @AIPromptPlaywithin 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• We do not offer refunds for customer errors such as incorrect shipping addresses or accidental purchases.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All books, digital content, and materials sold are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Prompt & Play Publishing.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase.
• While we strive to ensure accurate information, we are not liable for typographical errors or incorrect pricing.
