All rights of the digital products in this website are reserved to Protofacto Toys. By purchasing this file, you agree NOT to sell or redistribute the contents of our digital products. 

The license attribute whether you can or cannot mass produce and sell the 3D printed object depends on what is stated in the product information section in every product pages. 

If you choose to make any multimedia content using our product, attribution is very much appreciated.

By purchasing this product, you agree NOT to replicate by molding and casting or whatever means of replication of the products in this website for selling and profit. You are allowed only to replicate for personal use only.

3. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

3.1 SHIPPING POLICY

The store Protofacto Toys is based in Malaysia. All physical products in this store will ship from Malaysia. All our products are ‘Ready stock’ or ‘Pre-order’. Processing time for ‘Ready stock’ might take from two to five business days after purchased, but it might take slightly longer, depending on the orders we receive. Customers will be contacted if orders experience unnatural delays. 

Products under ‘Pre-order’ delivery policy will be based on the ‘Pre-order’ terms stated on each product page.

3.2 DELIVERY WORLDWIDE (DIGITAL PRODUCT)

Upon your purchase of our digital products, you will receive the download link to download the files. We will also email you the download link in case you need to download it later. The link will expire after 3 downloads have been made. It is recommended that you download the files as soon as you can to avoid links from expire too. Any complication you can email it to us at protofacto@gmail.com.

3.3 DELIVERY TO MALAYSIA (PHYSICAL PRODUCT)

For customers in Malaysia, you will enjoy free shipping for the physical products you purchase here as long as the parcel is not above 1kg. Anything over 1kg will have additional shipping charges. Tracking number will be provided to customers once delivery has been made. Delivery time will take from 2 - 8 days.

3.4 DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD (PHYSICAL PRODUCT) 

We only ship our physical product to most major countries (Refer at the FAQ page to see supported countries list). You will also know if your country supported when shipping details popup during your checkout. If your country not supported and you need to make purchase, you can email us for our consideration and make further arrangement.

We are using National Post via Air mail to deliver our goods. It might take 10 - 20 days to reach you depending on location and current global situation. We will notify you via email once we are ready to ship your orders and provide tracking number.

Our best suggestion to reduce the international shipping cost is if you buy more than one product at one time. The weight and dimension of the parcel will be shared for example if Product A is 120gm and Product B is 120gm. The total per parcel will be 240gm excluding additional packaging weight and we will pack it as one. Thus, you will only be charged for under 500gm weight/volume shipping price. However if you order more than 2 products, we will have to ship it in another parcel as our National Post maximum per parcel weight/volume is 500gm.

3.5 INTERNATIONAL VAT NOTICE

As of July 1st, 2021, all EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees incurred at your country’s custom offices, no matter the package value.

Protofacto Toys will not be collecting or processing VAT taxes. What this means: when your package reaches your country it may be held in customs (up to 2 weeks) and you may be charged an additional tax on your item(s). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any extra costs prior to purchase.

Protofacto Toys is not responsible for any additional taxes/charges/fees applied after purchase. You are responsible for knowing the rates and taking care of any additional fees owed to your country. Refunds will not be issued for item(s) returned due to VAT tax not being paid. 

All orders are marked as Merchandise. 

3.6 RETURN POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

All products are final. Returns/Refunds are not accepted. If you have any technical issues with the files, please contact us to solve the problem.

3.7 RETURN POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

All products are final. Returns are not accepted. If you receive your item(s) damaged or missing some parts NOT caused by the courier service during shipment, please send us an email and include photos of your damaged or missing item(s) within 7 days after you receive the item(s). The said damaged or missing item(s) could be replaced or partially refunded. Buyer must bear the cost for the shipping of the replacement item(s).

If you receive extra item(s) then good for you. Keep it. If you receive the wrong item(s) then send us an email and we can work things out. We will NOT hold responsible for item(s) lost or damaged by the courier service during shipment and no refund apply for those reasons.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

​We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site that includes processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and order confirmations.  

Other than that, we also use the Order information for marketing purposes to notify you regarding product updates and sales promotion when needed.

5. AGE RESTRICTION

All the products in this website if for customers/users age 15 and above. Not recommended for small children. This product contains sharp and small parts that are choking hazards. Protofacto Toys is not responsible for any untoward incident that might occur as a result of non-compliance of this warning.
