• The length of each Tarot reading may vary by ±5 minutes depending on the flow of the message. The exception is the Mini 5-Minute Audio Reading, which is typically around 5 minutes but may run a few minutes longer depending on the flow of the message.
• If you have not received your reading within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. If it is still not there, kindly reach out to us through the contact form within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after 2 weeks will not be processed. Once your request is reviewed, your reading will be resent to you through email.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exceptions.
• You must provide an accurate email address to receive your reading.
• Once your reading is completed, you will receive an email from shyamashyamtarot@gmail.com containing a link and/or attachment to your private pre-recorded reading.
• Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received your reading within 3 business days.
