Avatars

It is forbidden to reuse any of the assets found on any of the avatars shared and sold on this site. You must buy them from the original creators listed in the credits of each individual avatar.

It is forbidden to make any of the avatars shared and sold on this site public.

It is forbidden to share any of the files with another user, or to upload to another users account. (Please contact beforehand if you are wishing to purchase an avatar as a gift for someone)

Do not claim the avatar as your own or resell. PERSONAL LICENSE ONLY

Please correctly fill in your discord and VRC username when purchasing. The allows you the personal license for the avatar.

All sales are final, no reunds. The avatars are digital products.

Editing of the avatars is allowed, but 80% of the original avatar must remain, and the original theme of the avatar must be the same.

ONLINE ACTIVITIES You may use the avatar for online activities such as youtube/twitch/tiktok, for VTubing and Content Creation. Please credit where the model was found if asked.

NSFW Content of the model is strictly forbidden.

You may convert the model for use in VRM programs such as VTuber Studio/Warudo/VSeeFace etc.

YOU MAY NOT CONVERT THE MODEL TO ADD AS A MOD IN OTHER GAMES

Any profit-seeking commercial usage is FORBIDDEN. You MUST NOT sell digital or physical products that include my models designs, even if heavily edited. This concerns mugs, pillows, charms and any other OC goodies.

You must be 18+ to purchase and wear my avatars.

Assets

No parts of assets purchased are to be leaked, resold, traded, published online, shared with friends or partners, or redistributed for any purpose, except on a completed for-sale avatar.

Listings of avatars including any assets from this store must be credited with a link to the product, not just to the store front.

Please make sure Discord and VRChat usernames are correctly filled out at the time of purchase.

Personal use assets are for your own privately uploaded models. Personal use assets cannot be used on any comcercial or comissioned avatars.

Comercial use assets are for public avatars, use on a finished paid avatar, or for use in commissions IF the commissioner also owns the perosnal use version.

Editing of assets is permitted but you cannot resell as your own, claim as your own, or redistribute in any way that is not part of a finished avatar.
