1. License Grant

By purchasing this product, you are granted a non-exclusive RESELL LICENSE.

You are allowed to:

• Sell the product to end customers only
• List and sell the product on one (1) store or one (1) Discord server only
• Use the product for commercial resale purposes

The original creator retains full ownership and copyright.

2. Store Restriction (MANDATORY)

• You may list the product on only one (1) store. Listing on multiple platforms, backup servers, or mirrors is strictly prohibited
• Changing the selling location requires prior written approval

3. Store Declaration Requirement

Within 48 hours of purchase, you must provide:

• A public link to the store or Discord server where the product will be sold

Failure to comply may result in immediate license suspension or termination.

💰 4. PRICING REQUIREMENT (STRICT)

To protect product value and ensure fair resale:

• The product must be sold at a price at least $0.25 USD and 25 robux higher than the official Personal / Use License price set by us.
• Pricing equal to or lower than the use-license price is strictly prohibited.
• This rule applies to sales, discounts, promotions, and bundles.

Example:

Use-license price: $5.00 → Minimum resale price: $5.50

5. Resale Restrictions

You are NOT allowed to:

• Sell, transfer, or grant reseller or reseller-plus rights
• Share files outside of a completed sale
• Upload the product to free asset sites, dumps, or leak servers
• Repackage or sell individual assets separately
• Claim authorship or original ownership
• Remove original creator credit

6. Modification Policy

• Modifications are allowed
• Modified versions remain bound by this license
• Modifications do not grant ownership or additional rights

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

• All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent activity result in immediate permanent license suspension

8. Enforcement & Penalties (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Any violation of these terms will result in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of the reseller license
• No warnings, no refunds, no reinstatement
• Possible platform reports or DMCA notices if required

9. Terms Updates & Mandatory Acceptance

• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time
• Continued use, resale, or possession of the product after an update constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms
• Resellers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the latest version

10. Liability Disclaimer

• You are fully responsible for how you distribute and sell the product
• The seller is not liable for misuse by third parties

11. License File

This product includes a LICENSE-RESELL.txt file.

Possession of the files does not grant resale rights without a valid license.
