About Me
I am a mother of three and a proud grandmother of three. I have been married for 38 years and I am now 58 years old. My life journey has been shaped by both deep challenges and powerful growth.
I lost my mother at the age of 15 and stepped into a caregiving role for my younger siblings, which built my strength and sense of responsibility early in life.
As a grandmother, I have also supported my eldest daughter through her pregnancies and the birth of her three children, giving me a broad and lived experience of motherhood across generations.
One of the most difficult chapters of my life was when my son suffered from depression at 16, requiring hospitalization in another city. Managing this alongside work and caring for his younger brother was extremely challenging, but it strengthened our family and deepened my understanding of emotional and mental health support.
I am an entrepreneur, writer, and the founder of the Shaloca Foundation, which supports orphanages, widows, and the less privileged across Africa. I also share my life experiences through books and ebooks published on Amazon KDP.
