1. Do not distribute product files to anyone without a license. This includes reselling, file sharing, leaking files, or uploading to an account you do not own (some exceptions apply, please see the discord server for additional information)

2. All information must be input correctly at checkout

3. Do not take assets off of any avatar. Please get them from the original creators which are credited

4. No price splitting. One license is attributed per purchase to the account given at checkout. This license is non transferable

5. Credit must be given if you are using avatars for content creation including but not limited to streaming or photography (“Avatar by PupStarVT” and a store link)

6. Edits are allowed for personal use only. You must provide credit

7. Do not claim any avatar, it's design, or included assets and textures as your own work

8. All digital sales are non-refundable

9. You must be 18 or older to purchase a NSFW avatar package

10. Products from this store cannot be used for generative A.I.

11. Avatars are to be uploaded as private only

12. These products are designed for VRChat and should be used there only. If you choose to use these products on another platform do so at your own risk as no support will be provided

Failure to follow these terms will result in revoked licenses and a ban from future purchases
