Breaking any of these Terms and Conditions will result in a ban from GUTTZ' Payhip store and from GUTTZ GINNEL discord server.

Bans from GUTTZ GINNEL will result in revoke of licensing rights from ALL GUTTZ products.

NO REFUNDS on any of GUTTZ digital products as I have no way of taking away files you have already saved.

If you end up banned/blocked/blacklisted from GUTTZ Payhip store and GUTTZ GINNEL discord server, you are NOT allowed to use any GUTTZ products. This includes items such as avatars, server freebies and nitro freebies.

You MUST have basic knowledge using Blender/Unity including unity uploading before purchasing.

All avatars available on GUTTZ payhip and in GUTTZ GINNEL Discord are ONLY for personal use and to be uploaded on the account you provide at checkout.

Assets used on GUTTZ avatars are NOT to be taken off the models to use personally or commercially as YOU have not purchased them yourself.

When purchasing a SFW variant of an avatar you are NOT allowed to make it NSFW via any form of editing or ripping of assets.

Avatars purchased from GUTTZ payhip or GUTTZ GINNEL Discord are made specifically for VRChat usage, however you may use it for other things such as streaming and content creation as long as you credit GUTTZ.
