The Quantis Loyalty Program is for returning customers and customers who purchase our products multiple times or are a known customer of Quantis. This has been made to value our customers more, especially those who dedicate into supporting us and our growth.

What will you get from our Loyalty Program? Well, if you purchase three or more products from Quantis then you are officially a Loyal Customer and with that comes prizes and additions in our Discord server.

The Quantis Points Program is a point system that gives you the ability to claim discounted prices and free products. The max amount of points you can have is currently 10,000. 

To calculate the amount of points you have made, take the price of a product (E.g £1.49) and take the decimal away making it 149, then add 1 and you get 150 Points. This works on all products. 

If you purchase a product will robux you will make the same amount of points as if you purchased with GBP.

Every single month Quantis will be hosting a competition to who can earn the most points, the winner will receive a prize between Robux, Nitro, More Points, Products, and Discounts. If multiple people win, prizes will be cut.

To use your Quantis Points, what you will do is open a Management Ticket in which you will be in direct contact with the Chairman who manages all points and administration of the Rewards Program. 

You will state your Roblox Username and the Chairman will search up your name and give you the exact amount of points you have saved up. The Chairman will then ask if you wish to spend the points or keep saying.

To use the points you will simply ask for a reward. If you have enough points for this award it will be given to you, if you do not have enough points you will be told. 

Once you have used points on a reward, them points will be removed off the total you have saved up. For example, if you use 1500 of your 5000 points on a reward, you will then have a total of 3500 points left. 

Unfortunately, every single year your points will be reset. For example if you save up 10,000 Points by the 31st December 2025, but the clock strikes 12 and its suddenly 2026, your points will be automatically reset to 0. 

If you open a ticket on the 31st December 2025 to spend points but we don’t get back to you until 2026, you will still be able to spend the points you had. 

You cannot appeal your points being reset. Depending on your timezone, your points may be reset later on.

Yes, in fact we can. Quantis can remove your points for multiple reasons and here are all of them:

• If it's a new year, your points will be reset
• If you’re blacklisted, you and your points will be deleted from the database
• If you abuse our point system you will be wiped of points and blacklisted from earning them

All of your points will be tracked on a public database in which everyone in the server will have access to. Why is it public? It is public so people can check how many points they have without having to open a ticket every time or calculate it themselves. 

Usually after an order, we will take your Roblox username or whatever name is given in the order and put it on the database with the amount of points next to it. Order ID’s and any personal information in the order will not be shown on the database for privacy reasons. 

Yes, you can. As apart of our Points Program we’re allowing members to freely donate points to their friends or just random members if they wish. 

It is completely up to you if you wish to donate points to someone, however; once they’re sent to the user you cannot redeem them back unless the user sends them back. 

To donate points to someone, simply open a Management Ticket and we’ll sort it all for you in there. 

No. Please understand we will not be taking any of your private information, this could include your Paypal email, order number, etc.

The only information of yourself that will be added to the public point database will be your Roblox username, Discord username and Discord ID which are all public.
