I've spent years studying what holds people back from their own aliveness. Not the surface stuff; the deeper patterns, such as inherited weight, karmic loops, the wounds left by people who couldn't love properly, the harm caused by kundalini rising unchecked. Most of it isn't yours to carry. A lot of it isn't even from this lifetime.

My work is about clearing that permanently. Not gently re-arranging it and creating new coping mechanisms.

I don't ask clients to spend months preparing to do deep work. If you're ready, we go. I trust that readiness arrives on its own timing, and when it does, the work meets you exactly where you are.
