TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: 4 October 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable product description and any other information presented to you before purchase.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our website and apply to all customers who purchase products, digital content, supplier information, supplier links, catalogues or related digital access from us.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the relevant product description, pricing, terms and purchase information before completing your transaction.

If you do not understand any part of the product or these Terms & Conditions, you should contact us and obtain clarification before placing your order.

2. Nature of Our Products

Our products may include digital information, supplier links, supplier catalogues, sourcing information and other digitally delivered material.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant product description, no physical product is included with your purchase.

Your purchase provides access to the digital content specifically described on the relevant product page. It does not constitute a purchase of any physical item displayed, referenced or associated with a supplier listing.

3. Supplier Links

Where a product provides access to supplier links, those links are provided for informational and sourcing purposes.

We are not the manufacturer, retailer or owner of the products offered by third-party suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.

A supplier link may direct you to an external website or third-party supplier. Any subsequent purchase, communication, transaction or arrangement made with that supplier is separate from your purchase from us.

We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, stock levels, shipping times, quality, authenticity, legality, specifications or future availability of products offered by third-party suppliers.

Supplier information may change without notice.

4. Third-Party Suppliers

Once you access a third-party supplier through a supplier link provided by us, you are dealing directly with that third party.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party supplier pricing;
  • Changes in supplier pricing;
  • Product availability;
  • Supplier stock levels;
  • Shipping or delivery times;
  • Customs charges or import duties;
  • Product quality;
  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Supplier communications;
  • Supplier refunds;
  • Supplier cancellations;
  • Changes to supplier websites;
  • Supplier account requirements; or
  • Any loss arising from a transaction between you and a third-party supplier.

You should conduct your own due diligence before purchasing anything from a third-party supplier.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information within our digital products.

However, supplier information, links, prices, product availability and third-party websites may change from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every supplier link will remain active indefinitely or that information supplied by a third party will remain unchanged.

Where reasonably possible, we may update or replace broken or outdated supplier links.

6. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Depending on the product purchased, access may be provided through a download, email, website, digital catalogue, account area or another electronic method.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that you have access to the email address or account used for your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, spam filters, email providers, technical issues outside our reasonable control or failure to follow the instructions provided.

7. Refund Policy

Our standard refund policy is that refund requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of the order being placed.

After the 15-minute period has expired, purchases are generally considered final and we will not ordinarily provide a refund solely because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the product, misunderstood the product description, failed to read these Terms & Conditions, or expected to receive something different from what was clearly described before purchase.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Where a customer has a statutory right to a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement or other remedy, that right will continue to apply regardless of the 15-minute policy.

8. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product page, description, pricing, delivery method and Terms & Conditions before completing their order.

You should not place an order if you are unsure about what is being purchased.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the information provided to you before purchase and that you understand the nature of the product being purchased.

9. No Physical Product Included

IMPORTANT: Our supplier-link products provide access to supplier information or supplier links. They do not automatically include the physical product shown, referenced or advertised by a supplier.

The purchase made through our website is for the digital access described on our product page.

We do not send clothing, footwear, electronics, accessories, fragrances or any other physical merchandise unless the relevant product listing expressly states otherwise.

10. Customer Misunderstanding

Customers must carefully read the product description and these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

If the product description clearly states that the purchase provides access to a supplier link or digital supplier catalogue, a customer’s failure to read or understand that information will not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund, subject always to any statutory consumer rights that apply.

We cannot accept responsibility for a customer’s assumption that they were purchasing a physical product where the information presented before purchase clearly states that the purchase concerns digital supplier access.

11. Use of Supplier Information

Supplier links and information provided through our products are intended for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, share, copy or commercially distribute our supplier catalogue, supplier links or other proprietary digital content without our express written permission.

Unauthorised sharing or redistribution may result in access being withdrawn.

12. Intellectual Property

All original content created or supplied by us, including catalogue layouts, written material, graphics, branding, digital files and collections of supplier information, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You receive a limited right to access and use the purchased digital content for its intended purpose.

13. Account and Access Security

Where access is provided through an account, customers are responsible for keeping their login information confidential.

You must not provide your account credentials or purchased access to another person.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that an account or digital product is being shared, redistributed or misused.

14. Prohibited Use

You must not use our website or digital products for unlawful activity, fraud, deception, infringement of intellectual property rights, unauthorised distribution or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of supplier information and any subsequent transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

15. Third-Party Websites

Our supplier links may direct you to websites operated by third parties.

We have no control over the content, policies, availability or operation of third-party websites.

You access third-party websites at your own discretion and should review their terms, privacy policies and purchasing conditions before proceeding.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of third-party supplier links or transactions with third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and digital products available and functional. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical difficulties, hosting issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or any third-party supplier website.

18. Changes to Supplier Information

Supplier links, supplier pricing, product availability and other third-party information may change without notice.

We reserve the right to update, remove or replace supplier links where reasonably necessary.

Such changes do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund where the purchased digital content has been supplied as described, subject to applicable statutory rights.

19. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

An order is considered placed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been generated.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during checkout is accurate.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers should contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Where a customer has received the digital content purchased and the product was accurately described before purchase, we may provide relevant transaction and delivery records to the payment provider where appropriate.

Nothing in this section restricts any rights available to customers under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider.

21. Privacy

Personal information provided during the purchasing process will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy.

Customers should review our Privacy Policy for information regarding how personal information is collected, used and protected.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.

Where a customer has mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable to them, those rights will continue to apply.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the relevant product description and any information expressly provided to the customer before purchase, constitute the agreement governing the purchase, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

25. Contact

If you have any questions regarding an order, digital access, supplier links or these Terms & Conditions, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PURCHASE NOTICE

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.

The product you are purchasing is access to a supplier link/supplier catalogue and related digital information — NOT the physical product itself.

You are not purchasing the clothing, shoes, electronics, accessories, fragrance or other physical item shown or referenced by a supplier listing.

No physical product will be shipped to you as part of this purchase unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information and agree that the purchase is for digital supplier access.

If you do not understand what you are purchasing, do not place your order until you have obtained clarification.

Where the nature of the product has been clearly disclosed before purchase, we cannot accept responsibility for a customer’s failure to read, understand or review the product description and these Terms & Conditions before ordering. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and the description of the product being purchased.
