I create reset tools for women who feel like they’re starting over after 40 — quietly, humbly, and sometimes with more shame than they’d like to admit.

I know what it feels like to look at your life and think, “I thought I’d be further by now.”

I also know that starting again doesn’t mean you failed. It means you’re paying attention.

My work is centered around emotional steadiness, clarity, and small strategic steps forward. No hustle culture. No dramatic reinvention. Just practical reflection, honest self-talk, and permission to move differently in this season of life.
