Hi, my name is Regardt Potgieter. I am an 19-year-old living in Cape Town, South Africa. Over the past few years, I have developed a huge passion for the fitness industry and what it holds.

I absolutely love the gym community and the safe place it has to offer.

My journey, like most other, started with weight loss and pushup videos from youtube. Soon after I was hooked, and started my weight training journey.
