Dive into Nassau's rich history and culture.

With KindWalk you will explore more than just the surface of Nassau's tourist spots. Our tour takes you on a journey through the city highlighting many often overlooked details and venues. Get a list of recommendations to revisit after your tour or for the remainder of your trip.

Educational and Entertaining.

Kindwalk tours are both educational and entertaining. Whether you're traveling solo, with friends, or with family, our walking tour is a fun and informative way to experience the city like a local. You'll learn about the customs, traditions and folklore that shape the Bahamian identity while getting to know your guide through storytelling. At the end of your tour you will have become what we like to call "Stranger Friends" and you can tell all your family and friends back home that you have at least one Bahamian friend.

Pay what you want.

KindWalk believes in the value of cultural exchange but most importantly kindness, so we offer our walking tours for free and you decide how much you want to pay at the end of the tour based on your experience and budget.

This truly made my experience in the Bahamas worth it. Eliyah is phenomenal at what she does & it’s mainly because she’s genuine. The fact that she’s exceptionally knowledgeable of the island because she is a native is greatly appreciated.. But it’s her effort to be personable with her guests. She really means it when she says you will leave with a “Stranger Friend”. It felt so organic how she was interested to know more about New York as she taught us about the Bahamas, as much as I enjoyed the designated spots we visited, it was the more organic moments that resonated with me (The Rake and Scrape performance, tasting rum cake, the gentleman selling coconuts & mango’s & ESPECIALLY conch fritters!). Furthermore at the end of the tour she went out of her way to not only advise but literally walk with us to an authentic Bahamian restaurant which was great. I’d 1000% recommend doing the KindWalk tour if you’re planning on visiting the Bahamas… P.S WE ARE DEFINITELY GOING OUT WHENEVER YOU VISIT NYC!

We just got back from a cruise to CocoCay and Nassau, and our tour with Eliyah definitely was a top-notch experience for everyone in my family (ages ranging 15-69)! When my kids tell others about our cruise, they always spend more time talking about our Nassau KindWalk tour the most! Because she is the owner of her business and works hard to share her passion and love of Nassau with others, Eliyah was very conscious about where we were, how we were doing, and tailored our walking tour to what interested us most! She's full of interesting stories and amazing facts! It was awesome hearing about how she grew up in the Bahamas, too! With Eliyah, you're in good hands. She even took us to see her $5 Coconut Friend (and got us free samples of some of the most delicious rum cake, chocolates, and pina colada I've ever had)! What an experience to drink fresh coconut water, and the views from that hilltop were amazing! She treats you as a long-time friend the moment she greets you at Pompey Square! This world definitely needs more KindWalk guides like Eliyah! I'm so glad I took the chance and booked our tour through her! Priceless memories and a bonus new, genuine Bahamian Friend were made! Thank you, Eliyah!!!
