I didn’t write this book from an ivory tower. I wrote it from the floor — after life knocked me flat.
Doctors told me I’d get weaker with mitochondrial disease. Then I woke up deaf. My partner left when life got hard. I was a single mom with no safety net, staring down a future that looked impossible.
But instead of staying buried, I rose.
I rebuilt my health. I stepped on bodybuilding stages. I became one of Bodybuilding.com’s Most Inspiring Transformations. And I created RISE Unbreakable — a movement for women who refuse to stay small.
Today, I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, women’s health and menopause coach — but more importantly, I’m a woman who knows what it’s like to feel broken and still choose to fight.
I write the way I live: bold, unapologetic, and real. My mission is simple: to help women stop waiting for rescue and start rebuilding lives they love.
