R&L Project Consultants Ltd was founded by Richard and Laura — two construction industry professionals with over 20 years of combined experience at senior level in the UK housebuilding sector.

Richard worked his way up from Trainee Quantity Surveyor to Head of Commercial, leading commercial teams for a UK SME housebuilder. Laura served as Head of Customer Services for one of the UK’s largest housebuilders.

Together they’ve seen the industry from every angle — the good, the bad, and the parts nobody talks about.

R&L was built with one mission: to develop, educate and protect homeowners, subcontractors and aspiring construction professionals. To give everyday people access to the kind of expert knowledge that was previously only available inside big organisations.
