R. M. D. Bitong is a Philippines-based indie author, graphic designer, and active military personnel serving in the Philippine Air Force as an Airman. His work in the service includes graphic design, drone operation, photography, videography, and social media management—disciplines that shape his eye for visual storytelling and worldbuilding. He is the creator of several epic fantasy novels, including The Noble Sword of Aubernoît, The Chronicler's Key to Smayrhiel, The Crown After Ash, Ashes of the First Warden, and The Last Ride Before the Accord, all set in the sprawling realm of Smayrhiel.
