I have over 20 years of experience working with children and families, and throughout my career I have learned so much from the children and families I have had the privilege to support.

I am now putting together a book based on the knowledge, experience and lessons I have gained throughout the years, with the aim of sharing practical guidance that can genuinely help parents and everyone caring for little ones.

I believe that children need understanding, connection, encouragement and the right support to grow with confidence.
