Hi, I'm Rabs — a Pakistani-Canadian mama based in Montreal, Quebec, and the creator behind Rabsqalam.

Rabsqalam combines my name with قلم — the Urdu word for pen. Because that's what this is about: putting Urdu in the hands of the next generation, one story and one conversation at a time.

I created these packs because I couldn't find what I was looking for — something joyful, practical and designed for real Canadian family life. No worksheets. No guilt. Just five minutes a day, woven into the moments you're already having with your child.

Every pack is built on speech-language research and rooted in the belief that you — mama — are the most powerful Urdu teacher your child will ever have.

Rabsqalam is for Pakistani families in Quebec and across the globe who want to keep their language alive, their culture close, and their little ones connected to where they come from. 🌿
