Self Guided Sound Meditation
Welcome everyone.
My name is Rachel Whiteman and I am delighted that you have joined me for this nourishing self guided sound meditation.
Not everyone has the ability to attend a sound healing in person. I have developed a self guided sound meditation for everyone far and wide to experience. There has been a huge amount of research performed that shows remote healing coupled with intent can have wonderful outcomes. My self guided sound meditation is full of intent and will set up up for your best healing outcome.
I invite you to set aside at 50 minutes and I recommend that you find a quiet place where you can lie down and won't be disturbed. You might need a blanket as your temperature may drop during the sound healing. If you have an eye pillow it is really good to cut off your visual sense during the sound healing. You might find that your tummy starts to make noises during the sound healing. This is a good sign as it means you have dropped down into a deep state of relaxation.
The best way to experience and receive from the sound healing is to listen to the sound healing using over ear headphones. However, in ear headphones will still have a wonderful effect.
