Rights Registration for Music Broadcast

When you purchase a music library from RadioStation.Music, your station receives the rights to broadcast the included tracks under a perpetual limited music license. To ensure compliance and clarity, here’s what registration entails:

What Does Registration Cover?

- Non-Transferable Rights: Each purchase allows you to register one radio station for broadcast rights. These rights are limited to your station and cannot be transferred to another entity or station.

- Broadcast-Only Use: The music can only be used during station broadcasts. You may not sell, distribute, give away, or provide the music or rights in any other way outside of your station's broadcast activities.

- Limited Liability: RadioStation.Music shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the music libraries, including but not limited to claims of unsuitability, service interruptions, or incompatibility with station programming.

- No Refund Policy: All sales are final. RadioStation.Music does not provide refunds or exchanges after a library has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Public Listing of Registered Stations

To maintain transparency and promote your station, all registered stations will be listed on a public directory. By registering, you agree to have your station information included in this list.

License Termination

RadioStation.Music reserves the right to terminate the broadcast license without notice if the purchaser violates any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution or use of the music outside of station broadcasts.

Disputes Over Ownership or Rights

RadioStation.Music warrants that all tracks included in the libraries are provided under valid licenses granted by the copyright holders. In the event of a third-party dispute over ownership or rights, RadioStation.Music’s liability shall be limited to removing the disputed track from future distributions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Force Majeure

RadioStation.Music shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, natural disasters, or technical failures.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be subject to mediation or binding arbitration before proceeding to court. Any legal actions shall be governed by the laws of the United States and adjudicated exclusively in the courts located in Greenville, South Carolina.
