I’m Kendra Dotrey, RT(R), a registered radiologic technologist with more than 14 years of experience in medical imaging. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings, including emergency departments, hospital radiology departments, freestanding imaging centers, mobile imaging, outpatient clinics, and occupational medicine.

My experience also includes multiple imaging areas, including general radiography, CT, and special imaging procedures. In addition to patient care, I have an extensive background in clinical instruction and have served as a clinical instructor for radiography students, helping them strengthen their positioning skills, image evaluation, confidence, and clinical decision-making.

I created Radiography Ready to turn years of real-world imaging and teaching experience into practical study resources that help radiography students and new technologists feel more prepared in the classroom, during clinicals, and in the exam room.
