THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN:

Myahashaye Ravenhurst, the artist and copyright holder of the digital artwork ("The Artist"), and

"The Purchaser", the buyer of the digital artwork.

GRANT OF RIGHTS

Upon purchase of the digital artwork, The Artist grants The Purchaser a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use the artwork.

The Purchaser has the right to use the digital artwork for personal use, commercial use, and to display it in any desired location. This can include, but is not limited to, print, online, television, film, and in public and private spaces.

The Purchaser is permitted to incorporate the digital artwork into other works in any manner desired. Examples of such uses could be, but are not limited to, print-on-demand items (such as clothing, mugs, posters, and home decor), album or book covers, advertising, websites, videos, digital or physical presentations, and more.

RESTRICTIONS

Despite the broad rights granted above, The Purchaser may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, give away, or otherwise distribute the digital artwork as standalone items.

The Purchaser may not claim that they are the original creator of the artwork.

The Purchaser may not use the artwork in a way that is defamatory, racist, pornographic, illegal, or otherwise offensive or infringes the rights of any third party.

OWNERSHIP

The Artist retains all copyright in the artwork and all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by The Artist.

The Purchaser does not acquire any copyright ownership or equivalent rights in or to the artwork as a result of this Agreement.

GENERAL

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the city of New York.

By purchasing the digital artwork, The Purchaser agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
