Business woman, motivator, encourager, dance instructor, and educator, Rolandria Tolbert is a multifaceted business owner and entrepreneur. Rolandria, often referred to as RT, is well known for motivating everyone that she comes in contact with. She became self-employed as a part-time crafter in 2023, stepping into a lifelong hobby of decorating and designing which was always a passion. After becoming self-employed, Rolandria realized she was on the road to becoming financially free by building a digital crafting empire, striving to turn her passion into profits.

Rolandria Tolbert is a native of Macon, Georgia which is where she founded her business. She is the Owner and CEO of RdT Designz and RT Digital Designz where she sells custom crafts and digital designs to creators, businesses, and to the crafting community.

Her passion is to master customized digital crafts in order to both sell and teach other interested entrepreneurs and crafters who’s eager to learn how to create multiple crafts or digital products.

RT Digital Designz offers online templates, eBooks, journals, planners, special occasion designs, supply vendors, and various other resourceful products to help others jumpstart their crafting journey. Rolandria is a praise dance ministry instructor at her church and enjoy this form of art through movement as well.
