All products sold by ReLoAding Sanctuary remain the intellectual property of ReLoAding Sanctuary and their respective creators.

Buying a product gives you a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

These rules apply to every product sold by ReLoAding Sanctuary.

You May

• Use products according to the license you purchased.
• Edit and customize products for personal use or approved commercial use.
• Upload purchased avatars privately to your own VRChat account.

You May NOT

• Share, leak, gift, trade, or redistribute any files.
• Resell any product or any part of a product.
• Upload purchased avatars publicly.
• Claim our work as your own.
• Remove ownership or credit information if included.
• Include our files in free or paid asset packs.
• Upload our products to file-sharing websites or cloud storage for others to access.
• Use our products for NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, or AI datasets.

These rules still apply even if you modify the files.

Unless stated otherwise, every product includes a Personal License.

A Personal License allows you to:

• Use the product for yourself.
• Edit and customize it.
• Upload avatars privately.

A Personal License does not allow you to:

• Use the product for commissions.
• Use the product for commercial work.
• Share files with anyone.
• Redistribute any part of the product.
• Use the product in work for another person, whether paid or unpaid.

Only assets and textures that specifically offer a Commercial License may be used commercially.

Commercial Licenses are never included with avatars unless explicitly stated.

A Commercial License allows you to:

• Use the licensed asset or texture in your own original commercial VRChat creations.
• Sell a completed avatar or project that includes the licensed asset or texture.

A Commercial License does not allow you to:

• Sell the original files.
• Redistribute the original files.
• Sell the asset or texture by itself.
• Allow customers to extract or reuse the original files.
• Transfer your Commercial License to another person.
• Claim the original work as your own.

All avatars are sold for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Customize your avatar.
• Change textures, materials, clothing, accessories, and settings.
• Upload it privately.

You may NOT:

• Resell the avatar.
• Sell edited versions.
• Use the avatar or parts of it as a base for commissions or commercial products.
• Upload it publicly.
• Share Unity packages, FBXs, textures, or project files.

Assets and textures may be sold under either a Personal License or a Commercial License.

The product page will clearly state which license applies.

If a Commercial License is not listed, the product is Personal Use Only.

To protect both creators and customers, all commissions involving ReLoAding Sanctuary products must follow these rules.

Commission Rules

• We recommend using commissioners from the official ReLoAding Sanctuary Discord server.
• Customers must not send purchased files directly to commissioners.
• Everyone involved must legally own every paid product being used.

Personal License Products

Products with a Personal License may not be used in commissions for another person.

If you want to use an asset or texture in commission work, you must purchase the Commercial License if one is available.

Commissioners May NOT

• Keep copies of customer files.
• Reuse customer files for another client.
• Share, leak, redistribute, or resell any ReLoAding Sanctuary files.
• Claim any ReLoAding Sanctuary product as their own work.

Breaking these rules may result in removal from the community, loss of support, revoked licenses where applicable, and additional enforcement.

You may not intentionally extract, separate, or redistribute individual assets, textures, materials, meshes, or files from any ReLoAding Sanctuary product unless that item was sold separately by ReLoAding Sanctuary.

Because all products are digital, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be given for:

• Accidental purchases.
• Change of mind.
• Failure to read the product description.
• Lack of Unity or VRChat knowledge.
• Incompatible software not listed as supported.
• Failure to meet the listed requirements.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• You were charged multiple times.
• You received the wrong files.
• The product files are permanently corrupted and cannot be replaced.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they meet the product requirements before purchasing.

Requirements may include:

• Unity
• VRChat Creator Companion
• VRCSDK
• Poiyomi Shader
• Third-party assets

All required software and dependencies will be listed on the product page.

Unauthorized distribution includes, but is not limited to:

• Discord
• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Mega
• MediaFire
• GitHub
• File-sharing websites
• Public avatar uploads
• Avatar ripping
• Selling modified versions
• Sharing files with friends
• Including our files in commission packages
• Temporary download links

Any unauthorized distribution is a violation of this agreement.

Violating these Terms may result in:

• Permanent blacklist from ReLoAding Sanctuary.
• Removal from community spaces.
• Loss of customer support.
• Revocation of future updates.
• Revocation of Commercial Licenses where applicable.
• Copyright enforcement where appropriate.

Products may receive updates, fixes, improvements, or optimizations at any time.

ReLoAding Sanctuary is not required to continue updating any product indefinitely.

Products are provided "as is."

ReLoAding Sanctuary is not responsible for issues caused by:

• Unity updates.
• VRChat updates.
• Third-party assets.
• Incorrect installation.
• User modifications.
• Software conflicts.

These Terms may be updated at any time.

The latest published version will apply to all future purchases.
